Faculty, staff and students of the University at Buffalo may apply for use of display cases in the Health Sciences Library (HSL). The subject matter of displays must be associated with the teaching and/or research efforts at UB, and are for non-commerical purposes only.

All materials required for assembly and mounting will be provided by the Applicant.

Although the cases are secured with locks, HSL is not responsible for the security of items placed in the display cases or for the intellectual content of the display.

Displays not removed on the date designated on the approved application may be removed by the library. Exhibits will be on display for three months unless negotiated by the Applicant.
