IDS FEE SCHEDULE

For-Profit Organizations

Not Providing Direct Patient Care

 

Requests must be submitted in accordance with the Copyright Law (Title 17, U. S. Code)

 

Photocopies (50 page limit)

   $20.00 per item (includes delivery)

   

Book Loans (within U. S. only)

   $20.00 per item (includes delivery)

   Overdue charge of $20.00 after 30 days

   Replacement cost + $25.00 processing fee payable after 60 days overdue

 

Audiovisual Loans (within U. S. only)

   $30.00 per item (includes delivery)

   Overdue charge of $20.00 after 30 days

   Replacement cost + $25.00 processing fee payable after 60 days overdue

 

Information from the UB HSL Reference Resources

   $10.00 per request (includes delivery)

 

Items obtained from other Libraries (Page limit may apply)

    $25.00 per item +$15.00 for copyright royalty fees up to $25.00 (actual royalty fee will be charged if over $25.00)

 

Citation Clarification

   $5.00 per citation for verifications that take more than 5 minutes to research

 

Database Searches

   $30.00 base fee - includes up to 15 citations (All citations include abstracts if available)

   $1.00 per citation for additional citations
