As a way to assist you with your information-seeking efforts, the HSL web team has developed MP3 files to deliver brief audio clips to help guide you through the HSL web site and electronic services and resources.

This service is similar to the kind of assistance the Reference Department provides routinely over the phone. Click on an "InfoPod" icon and the audio clip will "walk" you through the process.

InfoPods link to both traditional text-based help and the new MP3-based podcast. As part of our product launch, the HSL has developed four InfoPods for our home page:

ILLIAD - Text or MP3

Remote Access to Biomedical Databases - Text or MP3

InfoPods are brief, most less than a minute long, and are directed at our core users, who we hope will find InfoPods informative and easy to use. The audio files may be paused or replayed any number of times.
