The Arts & Sciences Libraries (ASL), encompassing the Architecture & Planning Library, Lockwood Library, Science & Engineering Library and the Undergraduate Library. ASL supports the following:

ASL offers a variety of expertise, services and collections, and is overseen by an administrative team of directors with responsibilities in specific functional areas in all of the University Libraries:

Government Documents Information
A depository for U.S. government documents and statistical information.

Map Collection
The Map Collection at the University at Buffalo is the largest in Western New York.

Microform Collections
The Collection is in the Multimedia Center is on the 2nd floor of Capen Hall in the Science & Engineering Library.

Polish Room
The Polish Room is located in room 517 in the Lockwood Library.

Pulp Fiction Collection
Dr. George Kelley donated the collection to Lockwood Library in 1994. The collection is located in Special Collections.

Technical Reports
The Arts & Sciences Libraries have a collection of over 1.5 million technical reports.
