The Gov Online
Learning Center (GoLearn) is a Governmentwide e-training site that provides
Federal employees with one-stop access to a variety of high quality e-training
courses and services. GoLearn advances the President's Management Agenda and
supports agencies with the development of their human capital and the accomplishment
of their missions.
Launched in July 2002, with technical support from the Department of Transportation, the first phase of the Gov Online Learning Center will be enhanced on a continuing basis with additional e-training courseware, products and services that meet Governmentwide needs.
