Description

The Charleston Advisor provides critical reviews of Web products for information professionals. It includes standard reviews, comparative reviews, recent press releases, and op-eds. Each product is reviewed and given a score based on price, content, searchability, and contract.

Contains leads to full-text articles (including those not designated "free").

Searching Tips:
· Once in ignore the "Remote Subscriber Login".
· View the current issue by clicking the issue number from the homepage (upper right).
· View past issues using the pull down menu in the left column of the homepage or within an issue.
· Perform basic and advanced searching using the text box in the left column of the homepage or within an issue.
· Run product comparisons on-the-fly by using the "Scoreboard" option in the left column of the homepage or within an issue.
· Browse all issues at once by product title or vendor name (you must be in an issue).
