We have many ways you can contact us. You can visit our Internet website, call, FAX or write us.

At our website, Social Security Online, www.ssa.gov you can:

Call toll-free, 1-800-772-1213, from 7 a.m. to 7p.m. on business days. A representative will:

If you have a touch-tone phone, recorded information and services are available 24 hours a day, including weekends and holidays.
If you are deaf or hard of hearing, call our toll-free TTY number, 1-800-325-0778, between 7 a.m. and 7 p.m. on business days.
If you're blind or print-impaired, call our Braille Services at 410-965-6414 on business days from 7 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. (Eastern time). Information is available in Braille or large print and on computer disk or cassette tape.

Try Our FAX Catalog
With a touch-tone phone and access to a FAX machine, you can use our FAX Catalog. Call toll-free, 1-888-475-7000 to get an index or request copies of publications in several languages.
A voice menu leads you through the steps. When you call, you must know the FAX number where you will receive the information.
