Off-Network

You are "off-network" if you connect to the UB Libraries' website through a third-party internet service provider (ISP) such as Adelphia's Power Link, Verizon, LocalNet, etc.

To gain full access to the UB Libraries' databases through a third-party ISP, you must first authenticate yourself as a current UB student, faculty or staff member.
