The Niagara Falls choir is under the direction of Minister Malcolm F. Wilson. Minister Wilson began his music ministry at the age of 12. The choir "consists of youth and young adults from churches around WNY that have come together as 'one' in mind, spirit, and body to minister in song." Joshua's Generation has shared the stage with many national recording artists: Hezekiah Walker, Ricky Dillard, Richard Smallwood, Deitrick Haddon, Craig Hayes, John P. Kee, James Hall, B. Chase Williams, and The Williams Brothers. It has accompanied the recording artists Kim Burrell, Lamar Campbell, Monique Walker, and Dorinda Clark Cole.
