at the Pan-American Exposition

The Pan-American Exposition was both an amusement park and an agricultural and technological trade fair, with exhibits designed to be instructive and entertaining. The products of exhibiting proprietors and companies were judged within categories, and awarded medals. While the majority of companies exhibiting were from the United States, the countries of Latin America were also well represented. Below are Division IV winners from the United States, some of which are names easily recognized today. Indeed, many of these companies are still producing the same food products they turned out a century ago.
