  Use this form if you are a current UB student, faculty or staff member and after consulting the BISON Catalog, you have determined that a book you want is held in the Libraries Annex.

  Use this form if you are a current UB student, faculty or staff member and after consulting the BISON Catalog, you have determined that an article or book chapter you want is held in the Libraries Annex.

• Annex Delivery for non-UB patrons - Book
  Use this form if you are NOT a current UB student, faculty or staff member and after consulting the BISON Catalog, you have determined that a book you want is held in the Libraries Annex.
