WE HAVE CLOSED REGISTRATION FOR THIS YEAR'S CONFERENCE This year our plenary speaker is Dr. Diane Ebert-May. The conference consists of mini-workshops organized in a variety of tracks (see conference program for full details and descriptions). On the first day, there are two tracks: Track A for the beginner and Track B for the more advanced case teacher. The second day of the conference there are three tracks: Track A rounds out the beginner's track, while Track B is specially designed for high school science teachers and Track C for people interested in learning how to use clickers with cases in their classrooms. It is your choice which sessions you attend (mix and match). Registration Fees
Please Note: Two-day registration includes buffet lunch and morning/afternoon coffee breaks on both Friday and Saturday, as well as the Friday evening reception & banquet. A full buffet breakfast is available to those staying at the Ramada Inn & Conference Center, compliments of the hotel. Breakfast is served in the hotel's restaurant. Saturday-only registration includes lunch and coffee breaks (Friday night banquet dinner tickets are available for an extra fee of $50.00). Please indicate your registration type and whether you will need any extra banquet tickets when you register. Registration Form We have closed registration for this year's conference. Form of Payment If you are paying by check or money order, please make payment out to UB Foundation Case Studies Conference and mail to: Carolyn Wright Credit card payments will be accepted online as part of the registration process - follow the link under Registration Form above. If you have already registered but have not paid and would like to pay by credit card, please click here. If you prefer to pay by credit card over the phone, please contact Carolyn Wright at 716-645-2363 x111 and leave the following information on her voice mail: name, credit card type, name on credit card (spell, please), credit card number, and expiration date. PLEASE NOTE: You are not considered registered until we have received your payment. Reservations will be on a first register, first pay basis. Cancellation Policy Registration cancellation requests must be in writing and must be received by us no later than Friday, September 11, 2009. A $100 processing fee will apply to ALL registration cancellations. Please send cancellation requests to Carolyn Wright's attention via email (nccsts@buffalo.edu) or fax (716-645-2975). No refunds will be given after September 11, 2009. There will be no refunds for individuals who register for the workshop but do not attend. A Word About Your Hotel Reservations You are responsible for making (and paying) for your own hotel reservations. There are a limited number of rooms available at the Ramada Inn & Conference Center, our conference hotel and site. We have arranged for a special conference rate of $69.00/double queen room. The deadline for reservations at the special rate is September 7th. When registering at the hotel, be sure to say you are with the "Case Study Conference" in order to receive the discounted rate.
