Registration for the 2008 Annual Conference in Case Study Teaching in Science is now available! Registration Fees
Please Note: Registration includes a buffet lunch and morning/afternoon coffee breaks on both Friday and Saturday, plus the Friday evening reception and banquet, for all registrants. In addition, a full buffet breakfast is available to those staying at the Ramada Inn & Conference Center, compliments of the hotel. Breakfast is served in the hotel’s restaurant. Registration Form To register, go to: Cancellation Policy Registration cancellation requests must be in writing and must be received by us no later than Friday, September 12, 2008. A $100 processing fee will apply to ALL registration cancellations. Please send cancellation requests to Carolyn Wrights attention via email (nccsts@buffalo.edu) or fax (716-645-2975). No refunds will be given after September 12, 2008. There will be no refunds for individuals who register for the workshop but do not attend. Form of Payment If you are paying by check or money order, please make payment out to UB FoundationCase Studies Conference and mail to: Carolyn Wright Credit card payments are available via telephone, fax or by mail upon request. Reservations will be on a first register, first pay basis. A Word About Your Hotel Reservations You are responsible for making (and paying) for your own hotel reservations. There is a limited number of rooms available at the Ramada Inn & Conference Center, our conference hotel and site. We have arranged for a special conference rate of $68.00/double queen room. The deadline for reservations at the special rate is September 10th. When registering at the hotel, be sure to say you are with the "Case Study Conference" in order to receive the discounted rate.
