WORKSHOP DIRECTOR
- Clyde F. Herreid (herreid@buffalo.edu) is a Distinguished Teaching Professor in the Biological Sciences Department and Academic Director of the Honors Program at the University at Buffalo, State University of New York. He has conducted numerous workshops around the country on case method teaching, team learning, and problem-based learning. He is the author of a column on case studies regularly featured in the Journal of College Science Teaching and Director of the National Center for Case Study Teaching in Science. He is also the author of the recently published book Start with a Story: The Case Study Method of Teaching College Science (NSTA Press 2006).
WORKSHOP COORDINATOR
- Carolyn Wright (cwright2@buffalo.edu) serves as Business Manager / Project Director for the National Center for Case Study Teaching in Science. As part of her responsibilities, she coordinates both our annual summer workshop and fall conference.
