1. Are you the original listowner? If not, who preceded you? Who was the original listowner?
2. Did the list originate at UBVM? If not, at which host did the list begin?
3. Are earlier archives for the list available at that non-UB site?
4. When was the list founded? If applicable, when did the list first get housed at UB? Please be as specific as possible, e.g., Yr/Month/Day is better than Yr/Month which is better than Yr.
5. Did the list have any former names? If so, what were they, and when did the list get its present name? Was the list under its former name hosted by UBVM or at some other site? If the latter, where?
6. Is the list moderated, unmoderated or uni-directional (as in a news server, information service, etc.)?
7. Is the list available through USENET? If so, what is the name of the newsgroup?
8. Does the list have a related Home Page? If so, what is its URL?
9. Are there any major upcoming changes to the list that we should be aware of? (e.g. name changes, host-site migration, splitting of the list, merger with another list, new listowner, termination, etc.)
10. Is there a FAQ for the list?
11. If summary is not provided from the review command (and not apparent from the title), have the listowner provide a short summary of the list's coverage.
