The original Enhanced Shipping List Program was written by 
Dave Nuzzo, Head, Acquistions Department at the University 
at Buffalo.  Dave teamed with Allan Bell, former Systems 
Librarian, University of Texas at Arlington to provide 
access to the shipping lists and programs via the Internet; 
their two institutions joined with GPO to form the first 
official partnership for depository tools. UTA left the 
partnership in 1998; the program files and shipping lists 
now reside on the Libraries server at the University at
Buffalo.

This Windows version was developed in December of 1999, and 
is a product of the efforts of Timothy McCarthy, Instructional 
Support Technician, Acquistions Department at the University 
at Buffalo.
