      Change copy status to 2S

      Enter location - for periodicals: lodm,p |k US MicFiche
                                        sedm,p |k US MicFiche

                           for serials: lodm |k US MicFiche
                                        sedm |k US Micfiche

      View fiche title page for proper designator if necessary.

      Watch for series.

      Enter SuDoc number, beginning with |b. Put a space between every
         letter and numeral, and use a |c after every slash.  Precede
         the designator with |v.

         Two examples:  |b C 55.12/ |c 2-4: |v [yr]

                        |b HE 22.565/ |c 6-7/ |c P 12: |v v. no.
      
      The complete holdings line will look like:

         sedm |k US MicFiche |b C 55.12/ |c 2-4: |v [yr]


      Stamp fiche with BISON stamp.

      Inventory title in documents collection.  Stamp all fiche relating
         to title with BISON stamp.

      Create MHLD.  Fill in fixed fields.  Add bibliographic data.

      In copy level note field, enter hldg [initials] [mm/yy]

      Keep statistic as title cataloged on Documents Statistics sheet.

      To derive from Marcive: 
		 - at the BIBL screen press <clear>
		 - change top line to read:
		     ltgl bibl [bison number] gp <enter> 
                 - type: deri <enter> 
                     [you may need to hit enter several times]
		 - a new record has been created
                 - done <enter>
