BISON will show only one paper copy in LML for these titles. We will check in the first copy of each issue we receive of these titles, whether it comes from our own depository, Law Documents, or gift. All duplicate issues will be sent to Government Documents without check-in. The Government Documents staff will put the latest issue of each of these titles behind the Business/Documents reference desk, and duplicate copies will go into the documents collection. There is a note on the holdings screen for each of these titles that reads: Latest issue located behind Business/Documents Ref Desk.

When a volume is bound, all duplicate issues will be returned to Documents Processsing to be discarded.

The title Business America is also handled as above, with one exception--the latest issue is not kept behind the Business/Documents reference desk.
