• Working Paper Series (yellow cover - sometimes blue)
• NBER Technical Working Papers


2. Brittle items



• Brittle paper is generally yellowed and flakes, cracks or breaks off when folded.


3. Pamphlet type format: (Preservation can usually do a "Pam" binding for these)



• Centerfold format (Single signature): 50 pages or less, stapled at centerfold and height less than 11".
• Single page format: less than 1/4" thickness (usually in the range of 50-80 pages), generally stapled at the binding edge, height 11" or less.
