considered for participation in, or inquired about participation in the

News releases, program booklets, clippings of
concert reviews, promotional flyers, advertisements, and similar
materials. Arranged chronologically by annual festival as follows.

Financial planning documents including budget
drafts and notes, spreadsheet printouts, artist paylists, etc.

IV-B. Concert Planning and Logistics.
Folders 461-476.
Program booklet drafts, rehearsal schedules and
diagrams, working notes and do-lists, equipment orders, visa
extensions, etc. Alphabetical by type of document.
IV-C. Vendors and Venues.
Folders 477-499.
Vendor correspondence or purchase records such
as receipts, invoices, and responses to inquiries. Alphabetical by name.
IV-D. Forms.
Folders 500-511.
Various forms, form-letter templates, and
exemplars. Alphabetical by institutional name.
V. Miscellaneous. Folders 512-534, Cartons 1-2.
Various documents and notes that do not fall easily into the above
categories or which do not directly relate to the Festival, such as
new-music concert programs, mailing lists, and two small cartons of obsolete
computer disks.
VI. Photographs. Items 1-135.
Consists largely of artists' publicity photographs. Alphabetical by name;
sets of contact prints appear at the end of the list.
