British Vocal Music Collection

A large and comprehensive collection consisting of more than eighty volumes of songs, song texts, and associated vocal works, together with upwards of eight hundred separately issued items, published mostly in London from the late 18th to the mid-19th centuries. Included are many folk and anonymous songs as well as works by many of the most significant British composers. There is no exact duplication, but some titles are present in more than one issue.

British Vocal Music Collection: Part 2. Individual songs (873 separate issues).
Mostly catches and glees in score, often without accompaniment; songs mostly in keyboard-vocal score, some followed by arrangements for flute or guitar.
